PALAMATIC PROCESS has joined the FIDEIP group

PALAMATIC PROCESS has joined on March 1st, 2015, the FIDEIP industrial group owned by Jacques CLOCHARD. This operation is part of a sale agreement of the company by its owner Marc GUILLOU. The company keeps its independence and wants to reinforce its positioning and expand its activities on new markets.

PALAMATIC PROCESS, a company specialized on powder handling solutions, announces that its maker and president, Marc GUILLOU, has handed the company.

By this operation prepared since few months, the SMEs has joined on March 2015 the FIDEIP group. After that session, the FIDEIP industrial group becomes the major shareholder. The capital is also divided among others partners as Ocean Participations (subsidiary of Crédit Mutuel Océan) and Thomas LAVALLEE, general director of PALAMATIC PROCESS. The company is chaired by Jacques CLOCHARD as the eight others companies making part of the group.

The purchase has the objective to reinforce the financial positioning of the SMEs and make it enjoy the group-level synergies and provide an operational support.

Concerning the internal organization of PALAMATIC PROCESS, Thomas LAVALLEE will continue to ensure his position of general director and contribute at the development of the company as he does for years.

PALAMATIC PROCESS is one of the leaders on the French market on powder handling solutions for chemical and food industries. “Over those key markets, we would like to increase our growth on cosmestics and pharmaceuticals sectors, in particular by supporting their demands with the test center. We invested more than 1 million of euros in this project. It is now operational and permits to test and characterize powders.”

The FIDEIP group is composed by industrial companies whose activities are related to mechanical domains. The companies are the following: Aivee and Bériau to Sainte-Florence (85), Altema to Mouilleron-en-Pareds (85), Chabeauti to Glenay (79), Epsilon and IdWash to Maulévrier (49), Jyga Process to La Séguinière (49), Materlap to Châteaubourg (35) and Palamatic Process to Brécé (35). Its sales revenue is about 41 millions of euros with 280 employees.
