The unique design of the Palamatic Process ECD hopper provides quick disassembly without tools from the hopper bottom. The hopper bottom cone is mounted on an articulated hinge that allows the elements to be disassembled and to operate at the heart of the equipment to ensure the cleaning and/or cleaning control phases.
Sweeping as well as the use of wipes can meet the requirements of high hygiene quality. Special FDA seals ensure that the subassemblies are tightly connected. Entirely made of stainless steel, this equipment meets the strictest hygiene requirements and ensures continuous feeding of the line.
Cleaning of the powder handling equipment is carried out by dismantling and access to the heart of the systems.
The total open profile design of the equipment supports, as well as the mirrored surface finish, prevent any retention of powder and gives total access for cleaning.
