The design office PALAMATIC PROCESS has developed a complete range of big bag (FIBC, super sack, jumbo bag, bulk bag) filling stations to meet the needs of different industries dealing with powder handling. The model FlowMatic®02 is the effective solution for flexible FIBC loading system of bulk materials. |
The bulk bag filler FlowMatic®02 model integrates a containment inflating seal and a hanging point adjustable in height via a controlled pneumatic cylinder. The whole structure is adjustable and enables to package bulk bags or octabins of different heights depending on the density of the products handled. The filling head is double envelope designed to ensure the balancing of volumes and thus avoid emanation of dust in the atmosphere. The tension actuator ensures tension during the filling phase and thus gives an optimum shape of the bulk bag. The bottom of the big bag remaining flat, handling is safe without risk of tipping.

Equipments included in the model Flowmatic ® 02:
| Round version forks for hooking of the handles of the big bag: provides easier sliding of the straps of the big bag and optimization of the hygiene. |
| "U" version forks for hooking the handles of the super sack: allows the evacuation of the big bag by the straps directly by using the forklift (no use of pallet). |
| Supporting structure: the supporting structure of the big bag is manually adjustable in height for greater flexibility. |
| Width adjustment: the distance between the hooking forks for the big bags straps are adjustable in width providing flexibility to the station. The adjustment of the forks optimizes both filling but also the stability of the big bag on the pallet. |
| Filling head: the filling head is double envelop designed and allows the balancing of the volumes. The air charged is discharged via the degassing line which can be connected to the dedusting network. |
| Inflating seal: the connecting inflating seal ensures complete sealing of the big bag during its filling. |
| Tension cylinder for big bag: the big bag filling unit integrates on the back of the structure a pneumatic cylinder to adjust the tension of the big bag. It allows the positioning at an ergonomic height of the big bag handles, ensuring a perfect shape with constant tension throughout the conditioning phase. At the beginnig of the cycle, the filling starts with the super sack in a high position to be then laid on a pallet as soon as the load reaches 200 kg. This design enables perfect filling of the big bag and stability to guarantee safe handling without any risk of tipping. |
