These vibrators generate multi-directional vibrations. They are used for emptying silos, intermediate hoppers, activating vibrating trays, sifters and vibrating tables, and generally to unclog, transport, compact and separate bulk materials and reduce friction. Suitable for explosive or humid environments and may also be used outside. Frequency and centrifugal force are determined by service pressure. All our vibrators (ball, roller or turbine) correspond to the Machine Directive (89/392/EEC EN 292 standards have been taken into account). For activation, a 2/2 solenoid valve and filtered air are required.

Roller vibrators include an anodized aluminium frame with a hardened steel roller on a cast iron run rolling insideVibration is generated by a roller making epicyclical movements inside a steel run. These vibrators create a very high frequency with low air consumption in relation to the force created.
