Some applications require frequent cleaning of the dosing units, whether for material changes and/or due to allergens, pigments, flavours etc.
To respond to this industrial issue and with a focus on offering hygienic equipment, Palamatic Process has developed the Easy Clean Design ECD option for its entire range of dispensers.
This Easy Clean Design ECD option provides a very quick disassembly of all parts of the dispenser without the use of tools and without carrying heavy loads. This operation is guaranteed by the integration of rails and rollers on the feeder flanges.
The hygienic design ensures that the dispenser can be quickly dismantled for easy cleaning.
The standard design allows disassembly and provides easy access to all parts for manual cleaning operations. The dosing screw is fully accessible and can be dismantled with a 1/4 turn. The stirring unit, which ensures the regularity and precision of the volumetric dosing, is also integrated on the disassembly rail system.
The dosing screw is perfectly accessible for thorough cleaning. The cleaning of the dosing unit can be carried out dry or by washing with water.
