Continuous dosing supply of a PVC powder mixing reactor. The industrial metering system is fed by a vacuum pneumatic conveying system connected to a bag dump station Sacktip® fitted with a buffer hopper.The material is conveyed directly by the pneumatic conveying system VFlow® controlled by the load cells of the intermediate hopper of the dosing unit. The flow rate of the installation is 240 to 300 kg/h.
