Big bags and bags unloading combined station - Telescopic tube for maximum containment

Objectives: Total containment and flexibility of treated containers
The big bags and bags unloading station ensures a total airtightness during emptying, and keeps the sleeve in tension to allow a smooth flow while ensuring ergonomic work for the operator. Three versions are available: hoist loading, trolley loading or low structure.
Procedure for setting up:
1. Leveling of the connection tube
2. Positioning of the big bag sleeve in the telescopic tube
3. Crimping the sleeve
4. Opening the drain sleeve
5. Flow of the product in a 100% confined manner
The design office also offers customoized solutions.
Equipment advantages
- Connection tube: totally airtight connection between the big bag and the unloading station.
- Containment tube: ensures a containment of the produt flow during the opening phase of the drain sleeve and offers the operator.
- Deposit tray masssage: the flow of the product is optimized by the installation of a pneumatic massage system.
- Cardboard deconditioning: the opening of the unloading station allows the deconditioning of different types of containers, bags, cartons.
