Het FlowMatic® 07 big bag vulstation is de beste oplossing voor het laden onder meerdere silo's of hygiënische processen waarbij het materiaal volledig moet worden gewassen. Het mobiele FlowMatic® 07 big bag vulstation is uitgerust met de volgende functies: losconusdock, vulkop, vorken met instelbare breedte, opblaasbare insluiting, draagstructuur, triltafel, laadcellen, handlingframes, stabilisator en een afneembaar toegangsplatform.

Dekking
Aan de uitgang van het big bag verpakkingsstation zorgt een automatische wikkelaar voor de definitieve insluiting van de big bag op zijn pallet.
De big bag wordt geleverd door een gemotoriseerde transportband. -
Automatische ontgrendeling
Op het bigbagdek bevinden zich vier scharnierende haken. De pneumatische cilinder, bediend door de automaat, regelt het kantelen van de haak aan het einde van het doseerproces.

Aardingsklem
Massavlechten rusten het hele station uit. Een snel aansluitpunt maakt het mogelijk om de big bags te aarden en zo een equipotentiaalvereffening van de assemblage te maken.
