1. The different types of wearing parts related to the maintenance of your Palamatic Process installation

Do you own a complete line or a Palamatic Process equipment?

This machine has been delivered to you with its maintenance manual, but also with a list of industrial spare parts. These two documents will help you to choose a preventive maintenance contract and to understand the function and importance of certain industrial parts within your process. The list contains all the spare parts required for the maintenance of your system.
They are classified in 4 levels of criticality:

GREEN 3URG Non-functional wear parts. They require regular replacement but do not cause production downtime.
YELLOW 2URG Functional wear parts. They require regular replacement to avoid production downtime.
RED 1URG Functional parts where the risk of deterioration (accidental or wear and tear) is present from the first 2 years of operation.
GREY   Functional parts that may fail after 5 years of operation.

2. What is the purpose of the industrial spare parts list?

This list allows us to overcome the sometimes very long supply delays, especially at the moment with the worldwide shortages that we all know. Currently, some manufacturers are no longer able to offer us a lead time for certain industrial spare parts.

Each process is unique. We therefore stock in our workshops very few parts that are common to all projects. On a list of spare parts, about twenty different suppliers may be involved. This is why it is important for us to inform you about the importance of so-called critical parts and to advise you on the storage of these wearing parts.

In addition, regular replacement of your parts will help you to reduce untimely stoppages and to maintain your production rates over time.

3. What are the advantages of storing my spare parts?

Keeping your parts in stock allows you to have a quick solution in case of production stoppage.

Similarly, for the organisation of your preventive maintenance, the material is at your disposal. This allows you to organise your actions more serenely according to your planning and not according to supply times.

All our parts are guaranteed by the manufacturer. If a reference no longer exists, we will look for the most suitable part for your system.

Another important point, apart from the delivery times which are currently unmanageable, storage allows you to control the cost of items which is currently evolving very strongly.

4. Details on the storage and installation of my spare parts

We can offer you a solution for managing and storing your parts remotely at our premises. This ensures a rapid supply.

Do you have questions about the installation of your spare parts? Our qualified technicians are ready to go anywhere in the world to assist you during the preventive maintenance phases or to help you in case of production stoppage.

Is your project more than 5 years old? You can't find the spare parts list for your installation? We can reissue it for you.
