Pneumatic conveyors are divided in 2 phases: the dilute phase and the dense phase.
Dilute phase pneumatic conveying provides an air/product mixture in a homogeneous way. It is ideal for low or medium density bulk materials.
Dense phase pneumatic conveying is generally used for medium to high density, heat sensitive, abrasive, cohesive or very fragile bulk materials over short distances.
Palamatic Process also provides mechanical systems for bulk material handling for the conveying of your granular or powdery materials.
The choice of the type of mechanical conveying system is made according to the bulk material processed, the conveying distance and the required flow rate.
