The pneumatic ball vibrator is used in the conveying, dosing, weighing and screening fields for various sectors of activity such as the food industry, chemicals, fine chemicals, construction, nuclear, water and smoke treatment.
The pneumatic turbine vibrator offers the possibility to adjust the pressure and flow rate. It is available for different fields such as animal feed, minerals and construction industries. The vibrations emitted by the pneumatic vibrator allow the powders, bulk products and raw materials to flow quickly and efficiently out of the silo.
The pneumatic roller vibrator offers high efficiency in a multitude of areas. It has been designed to achieve a high centrifugal force that can be controlled by changing the pressure of the compressed air.
Some companies keep their powders or bulk materials in storage silos for a long time. In order to facilitate the flow of raw products, Palamatic Process has manufactured a vibrator that combines a fluidization effect but also slight vibrations on the walls of the storage silo. The bulk material is thus aerated.
The pneumatic hammer produces waves on the walls of the silo to help the flow of powder and bulk material. This prevents the formation of overlays, bridges or mouse holes. The pneumatic hammer is suitable for handling explosive powders (ATEX).
The air cannon or pneumatic cleaner solves the problems of clogging and concretions. The air cannon eliminates the formation of clods between the various powders and in order to avoid the stopping of the production line due to the blocking of extractions.
Palamatic Process has also developed a range of electric vibrators. The electric vibrators are used in many industrial applications: food and chemical industries for cleaning hoppers and silos or fitted on sieves... This equipment is available in ATEX version.
Palamatic Process also supplies a range of flat-bottomed anti-bridging device and conical-bottomed anti-bridging device. This equipment allows to facilitate and control the downflow under a silo or a hopper of bulk materials with poor outflow. Its function is to ensure mechanical mixing of the bulk material to avoid mass setting during the storage phases or after a milling operation. The anti-bridging device is entirely mechanical. The shaft seals are particularly well sealed by braiding and deflector. Versions with pressurization are possible.
In addition, we also propose a bin activator that allows the extraction of powders and bulk materials under silos. The Palamatic Process bin acitvator consists of a steel or carbon cone and a sealing strip... The bin activator is particularly suitable to facilitate the flow of fine powders such as flour. Using vibrations, the powders and bulk materials can now flow easily without operator intervention. This equipment has many advantages: it ensures regular discharge of the silo, it adapts to all sectors of activity such as the treatment of explosive powders (ATEX), the agri-food sector.
