Easy maintenance and cleaning
The Easy Clean Design GR-ECD granulator is specially designed for companies whose production tools require frequent cleaning.
The grinding shaft and the calibration trough can be completely removed by means of a guide rail system.
The guide rails facilitate handling for the operator because the weight of the equipment to be dismantled is not supported. Safety latches and quick-release fasteners ensure safe and secure dismantling.
The entire design incorporates the prerequisites of hygienic designs such as rounded welding, stainless steel surface finish (minimum roughness), avoidance of retention areas, assembly and quality of the integrated seals.
GR-ECD granulators are regularly installed in food processing plants where the cleaning phases are performed on a daily basis. The IQF food manufacturing lines integrate granulators, crumblers, shredders to reduce the blocks of bags of IQF products.

Features
Technical specification
The GR-ECD granulator provides excellent deagglomeration reliability. Designed with high resistance mechanics, it offers not only efficiency and safety of use but also ease of maintenance and cleaning. There is no risk of cross-contamination. The granulator GR-ECD is available in painted steel, 304 and 316L stainless steel and can therefore be adapted to the requirements of each process.
