C-Flex Innovation: Zero Tool Disassembly
The Safetip® CF is a hygienic manual emptying station designed to integrate a vibrating screen with maximum flexibility. It is designed for quick dismantling for intensive cleaning with water.
Designed around a support base, it allows the emptying cabinet and safety vibrating screen to be positioned without tools. The connection between the cabinet (hood) and the screen is provided by a BFM sleeve, ensuring instant assembly and disassembly.
The entire C-Flex design is geared towards quick, tool-free disassembly for thorough cleaning of each sub-assembly. As with all our Safetip® versions, the hood (discharge cabin) offers different configurations: from a simple open cabin to a fully enclosed cabin with insulating gloves. The hood can be replaced by a Vflow suction cyclone, a big bag connection head or any other equipment compatible with the Cflex design.
The "C" structure, exclusive to Palamatic Process, gives you complete freedom to integrate the equipment you want upstream or downstream of your line.

Procedure
- Disconnect the sleeve.
- Handle the upper drain chamber with the forklift truck.
- Handle the screen with the forklift truck.
- Cleaning the hopper and screen in the washing area.
- Reassembly of the unit.

Technical specification
- Cflex / Optimal hygiene: Modular design that can be completely dismantled without tools for handling components in the washing area. All sub-assemblies are fully detachable, interchangeable and can have mirror-polished finishes and rounded corners according to your standards. The Cflex Palamatic design offers no compromise in retention areas.
- Integrated vibrating screen: The 600 mm diameter electric vibrating screen is interchangeable and easily accessible for quick disassembly without tools. Mounted on a Cflex base and connected to the discharge chamber by a flexible BFM sleeve.
- Flexible adjustment: Amplitude and vibration force adjustable by adjusting the electric unbalanced motors. Extremely low noise level for optimal operator comfort.
- Easy handling: Removable screen and hopper, fork pockets, door assisted by gas cylinders to reduce effort and ensure speed and safety. Wheel trolleys are available for handling your Cflex equipment in the washing room.
