Installation for a European leader in private label detergents and hygiene products.
Optical brighteners absorb ultraviolet rays and re-emit blue light, revealing a whiter than white cloth. They are present in both liquids and powders. Bleaching agents are very volatile products.
The installation consists of a big bag emptying station EasyFlow® EF1 with unloading into a deported hopper to feed a tank in a hygienic and easily cleanable way.
A big bag emptying station with low structure and EasyFlow®EF13 telescopic tube is used to feed a tank.
The big bag is positioned using a handling cross provided for this purpose andthat can be handled by your electric hoist.
Once the big bag is installed above the lower structure, the operator releases the big bag spout and places it around the sealed connection tube. The operator then activates the clamps to lock the cuff. This clamping head ensures maximum containment when emptying the big bag of bleachers.
Once the emptying is complete, the big bag is removed using the hoist and the handling cross.
