This factory develops and markets chocolate based products.

The installation consists of supplying groundnuts to an existing grinder in the customer's chocolate workshop. The feeding must be carried out in continuous batch, with a regulation of the feeding rate.

Big bag discharger
The peanuts are delivered in one ton big bags. An EasyFlow® big bag emptying station is installed to supply the crushing stand
The big bags are placed using an electric hoist and a handling cross. A spike to burst the bottom of the big bag is integrated on the big bag unloading station and permits the opening of the big bag without direct action by the operator. It is particularly used when using big bags with no spout. Once the big bag is placed on the big bag discharging station, the operator lowers the big bag using a hoist to let it rest on the spike located on the dispensing tray. The force exerted by the 'material' weight on the knives makes it possible to cut the bottom of the big bag instantly.

The hopper is located above a second hopper and is provided with a pneumatically operated slide valve that allows the downflow of powders to be interrupted at any time. 
It feeds a second hopper implanted on load cells which ensure a precise weight dosage of peanuts, i.e. a flow rate of 70kg/h. A screw feeder is positioned under this hopper to feed the downstream process.
The EasyFlow® big bag emptying station is connected to a blowing pump to transfer the peanuts to the conveying cyclone pneumatic conveying dense phase vacuum VFlow®.

Palamatic Process has paid particular attention to the design of the equipment regarding accessibility, cleaning and safety of the equipment.
