Safetip® STD: Bag emptying station with modular sieving machine
The Safetip® STD is a manual emptying station that is hygienic, designed with an electric motor-driven vibrating sieve. It combines hygiene, ergonomics and safety for industry and guarantees the absence of foreign objects and consistent product quality. The vibrating sieve is integrated directly into the bag emptier, allowing you to add your ingredients in a completely safe manner.
The sieve mesh size depends on your powders removed from bags. In general, the sieve mesh size is between 1.5 mm and 4 mm.
The range of SH bag emptying machines is available in various designs: from a simple ergonomic housing to a fully enclosed housing with insulated gloves for the operator.
Housing, multifunctional emptying cabin: our standard models are available in various sizes and versions of the containment housing / 5 main versions:
- S01 Economy version: Economy version with platform and edges to centre the powder being laid.
- S02 Cabin version: with a closed extractor hood without a door, but with a possible connection to your dust extraction system.
- S03 Cabin with door: fully enclosed bag dump cabin with hinged door and gas springs. The door can be equipped with gloves for handling powders without contact with the operator.
- S03 X Cabin with glove box door: fully enclosed bag dump cabin with hinged door and gas springs. The door is equipped with gloves for handling powders without contact with the operator.
- S04 Compact version: to avoid bellows seals, the protective cover is an integral part of the vibrating screen and only a fixed, non-vibrating table allows the operator to empty bags ergonomically and comfortably.
- S05 "Tunnel" discharge funnel: "Tunnel" discharge funnel for a large buffer capacity of your screened powders.

Operating procedure:
- Open the door mounted on gas cylinders and place the bag on the removable table
- Place the bag on the sieve
- Open the bag
- Emptying the bag
- Activating the vibrating sieve to remove all foreign bodies contained in the material
Structure and Ergonomics
- Receiving frame: Sturdy emptying hopper on legs with integrated connection for connection to the dust extraction system.
- Bag support: Removable support grid (screen) positioned above the sieve for easy handling.
- Safety: Integrated safety cutter for precise and effortless opening of bags.
- Access (optional): Hinged door assisted by gas struts, ensuring automatic holding in open or closed position.
Vibrating Screening System
- Motorisation: Industrial electric motor vibrator (400V / three-phase / 50 Hz power supply).
- Sieve design: Conical body with smooth-edged central outlet for complete evacuation without retention zones.
- Filter media: High-strength screen mesh glued to interchangeable frame.
- Assembly and tensioning: 3-arm clamping flange with central threaded retaining ring for rigid and quick assembly.
- Mechanical isolation: Suspension on coil springs and flexible compensation sleeves to isolate vibrations from the rest of the structure.
