MOBIFILL®: Mobile "Plug & Play" packaging station for powders
The MOBIFILL® is an ultra-compact "Plug & Play" packaging station. It is mounted on a mobile, ergonomic skid (available in steel or stainless steel) equipped with steering wheels with brakes to ensure perfect stability during production.
The station natively integrates several high-precision technologies:

A transfer screw (trough or tubular) conveying the product to the filling head,

A bag filling head with integrated scale to control the screw and adjust the packaged weight

A sealed connection system (inflatable seal or clamping jaws) between the filling spout and the bag/sachet for optimal containment.

Possible connection points
The MOBIFILL® station can be integrated upstream with your storage or process equipment:
- Under a mixer: Direct output of the mix to prevent powder segregation.
- Under a big-bag emptying station: Ideal for repackaging large volumes into small containers.
- Under a silo: For on-demand packaging management.
Special application for hygiene requirements
The mobifill is designed to facilitate dry or wet cleaning during product changes. To this end, the hygienic version of mobifill incorporates an EasyClean screw or a trough screw to ensure complete access to the parts in contact with the powder:
- Filling head can be dismantled into sub-assemblies
- Screw cover on hinges
- Removable coils
- Tube frame on fields or open profile structure.
Operational process
The MOBIFILL® station is based on the synergy of several pieces of equipment:
- Product transfer: Via stainless steel screw (tubular or trough) ensuring a regular flow rate.
- Automatic control: Control of screw speed (two speeds) by the integrated scale to ensure optimal dosing accuracy.
- Sealed: Container secured by inflatable seal or pneumatic clamps to eliminate dust release at the workstation.
- Easy to move: Mobile station thanks to the wheeled chassis, offering total flexibility between your different production lines.
