The big bag unloading station equipped with a glove box allows operators to handle toxic products without coming into contact with them. Thanks to the glove box, the operator can easily access the bun to undo it and allow the big bag to be emptied.

The big bags unloading station equipped with a glove box allows operators to handle toxic materials without coming into contact with them. Thanks to the glove box, the operator can easily access the bun to undo it and allow the big bag to be emptied.

The Palamatic Process sealed big bag emptying station is the ideal solution for the handling of toxic products and contaminants. The stations can be built in painted steel, hot-dip galvanized steel, 304L stainless steel, 316L stainless steel. The installation of the big bag on the deconditioning station is ensured by you through the use of a forklift truck, an electric hoist, a low structure.

3 types of loading are possible for the handling of your big bags: loading hoist, loading trolley or low structure

    Dust collection ring

    It helps to minimize dust emissions.

    The dedusting ring is mounted on the tray. It consists of a split tubing and two connection connections for dust removal. A manually operated damper adjusts or closes the vacuum flow.

    Handling of toxic products and contaminants.

    The gloves are installed on the door of the stripping box, mounted on PVC glove rings. Clamps provide containment and closure. A neon implanted outside through a plexiglass facilitates the opening operations of the big bag. The glove stripping box allows the user to handle the big bag without coming into contact with various potentially toxic products. Indeed, the glove box will allow the user to undo the bun of the big bag to allow its emptying. A screen is added to the stripping box to secure the process.

    Our lump breakers present the ideal solution for crushing materials that tend to make lumps.
    The device makes it possible to break the lumps that are created during the production or transport processes of the friable materials in powder or in grains.

    Massage flow aid system: the cylinders break the vaults and break the mass accumulation.

    Heavily dimensioned pneumatic cylinders installed in the lower part of the big bag break the vaults and break the mass accumulation (2, 4 or 6 cylinders depending on the type of product).

    Possible alternative: vibrating plate: deposit plate mounted on silentblocks with vibrating motor to optimize the emptying of certain products. The massage solution can be offered as an independent equipment to prepare big bags mass before emptying.

    Electric hoist

    It allows the handling of big bags by all the operators (autonomy of the station). It is installed on a galvanized steel handling rail (IPE). The hoist includes a complete power supply with flexible cables as well as a chain tray. The lifting and translation of the big bag are controlled by the operator via the button box.

    U-shaped bag puncture tip

    This tip allows the opening of the big bag without direct action of the operator. It is particularly used when using big bags with a cuff (U-shaped tip).

    Once the big bag is placed on the emptying station, the operator lowers the big bag using a hoist to let it rest on the bag puncture tip located on the dispensing tray. The force exerted by the 'product' weight on the knives will allow instant cutting of the bottom of the big bag.

    For big bags with cuff, the tip is U-shaped and allows to cut the big bag open at the height of his cuff.

    V-shaped tip

    This tip allows the opening of the big bag without direct action of the operator. It is particularly used when using bleed big bags (V-shaped tip).

    Once the big bag is placed on the emptying station, the operator lowers the big bag using a hoist to let it rest on the bag puncture tip located on the dispensing tray. The force exerted by the 'product' weight on the knives will allow instant cutting of the bottom of the big bag.

    For big bags with bleed-bottom, the V-shaped diamond tip and allows the bottom of the big bag to be cut open.

    Telescopic pipe

    It allows a dustproof connection of the big bag and ensures tension on the big bag cuff.

    The double casing telescopic tube is tied to a flat ring via clamps. The pneumatic cylinder allows the operator to adjust the connection height to suit different types of big bags. The airtight connection is ensured by an inflatable seal and a refocusing ring produced to avoid retention.

    Control valve

    Stop the product or regulate the flow.

    The Palamatic Process control valve is used to stop the flow of fusible bulk materials or simply to regulate the flow rate, a pneumatic valve throttles the "trunking" sleeve of the big bag.
    This valve is actuated by three cylinders and allows the operator to interrupt or regulate the descent of powders at any time.
