The facility consists of a bag dump station fitted with a dedusting device and combined with an aeromechanical conveyor.

Manual bag dump station Sacktip®
This system is designed for the manual opening of all types of bags, limiting dust emissions by integrating a dust collection unit and a compactor for empty sacks. Its ergonomic design ensures that the operator has an efficient and reliable workstation.
The operator places the bag on a tray, either manually or with a vacuum manipulator, and positions it on the screen above the bulk materials discharge hopper.
The cutting operation is carried out in such a way as to limit bag gripping and dust emissions. Once empty, the bag is removed via the bag compactor, which reduces the size of the waste and makes it possible to accumulate it in a dust-proof polyethylene sheath, which has the effect of limiting the release of any residual dust in the workshop.
The industrial dust collector, located on the top of the station, collects airborne particles, which guarantees a healthy working atmosphere.
The compactor for empty sacks prevents the operator from taking the empty bag out of the discharge bin, the first source of pollution in the workshop. The empty bags are manually inserted into the sack compactor from inside the discharge compartment and are extruded into a polyethylene sheath held in tension by elastic rings.
The aeromechanical conveyor conveys the bulk material from the bag dump station to the customer mixer at a flow rate of 15m³/h.
The conveying principle is a mechanical movement of a volume of bulk solids between rigid discs linked by a chain sliding in a tube.
The advantage of this device is that it conveys the bulk solid in its dense form in a system with small dimensions.
It is particularly suitable for multi-product installations.
An electrical control cabinet completes the installation.
