    FlowMatic® 06 Big bag filling - 100% Automation for Net Weighing at High Rate Capacities

    The complete system solution for automatic conditioning of big bags in gross weighing operations. This station is ideal for continuous filling operations at high rates (30-60 bulk bags/hour) and significantly minimizing direct intervention of operators.

    The FlowMatic® 06  automatic big bag filling station is equipped with all the necessary options for fast packaging of big bags: a pre-dosing weigh hopper, inflatable containment seal, automatic big bag strap hooks, a height adjustable deck via pneumatic cylinder, big bag pre-forming fan, commercial weighing machine, densification vibrating table, pallet unstacker and a big bag motorized conveyor.

    The FlowMatic®06 big bag filling system model represents the complete solution for automatic gross weighing systems for big bags, FIBCs, super sacks, jumbo bags, bulk bags (dosing/packaging/conveying). This model is designed for continuous use at high rates while integrating automatic operation features to minimizing the need for human intervention.

    FlowMatic® 06 operation procedure:

    1. The pallet unstacker places an empty pallet on the roller conveyor to supply the big bag filling station automatically.
    2. The handles of the big bag are automatically hung by the operator through the rotating head.
    3. The spout of the big bag connects to the filling head through a dust containment inflatable seal.
    4. The big bag is tensioned and adjusted by a pneumatic cylinder to optimize the filling volume of the big bag.
    5. A pre-forming fan inflates the big bag to prevent wrinkles and optimize the filling capacity.
    6. The inflation fan switches to the dust collection system to ensure a dust free atmosphere.
    7. The dose of product, prepared in masked time, flows into the big bag while another dose is prepared.
    8. vibrating table, positioned under the big bag, packs and densifies the material during the filling operation.
    9. When the filling operation is complete, the seal is deflated and the auto hooks release the FIBC straps.
    10. The big bag is transferred automatically by means of a motorized roller conveyor.

      Mat laying

      A mat laying station is located between the pallet unstacker and the big bag conditioning system. It allows the automatic placement of a mat (cardboard or PE film) on the empty pallet before filling. This machine is an essential complement for a maximum containment of the big bag meeting the quality standard of many industries.

      At the output of the big bag bagging station, an automatic wrapper ensures the final containment of the big bag on its pallet.
      The big bag is supplied by a motorized conveyor.

      Grounding clamp

      Mass braids equip the entire station. A quick connection point allows the grounding the big bags thus achieving an equipotential bonding of the assembly.

      Internal bag welding machine

      Once the big bag is filled, it is evacuated to the cuff closing station. A thermo-welding system allows to carry out a tight closure of the big bag, by the action of heated jaws on the inner bag. Welding technologies can be adapted according to the characteristics of the big bag (internal aluminum bag).
