EasyAccess Innovation: Maintenance in record time
The Safetip® easyacces ST-EA is a hygienic manual emptying station designed to incorporate a vibrating sieve with an interchangeable, easy-to-clean grid. It combines cleanliness, ergonomics and safety for industry, ensuring that no foreign bodies enter the production lines once the raw materials have been added.
The modern design of the bag emptying hood incorporates a swivel joint to allow operators easy access to the sieve grid. Easy access to the sieve cloth allows for cleaning between each production batch.
The hood is hinged on a hinge system with a gas cylinder to assist the operator in handling. The emptying cabin can therefore be connected and disconnected effortlessly, and a hook system secures and locks the upper and lower positions.
The connection between the hood and the screen is sealed by means of a flexible seal called a tulip seal. The "dropped edge" of the cabin fits into the tulip seal, providing containment and preventing the transmission of vibrations between the vibrating screen and the emptying cabin.

In order to offer the best configuration for confining the emptying phase and minimising dust emissions, Palamatic offers four designs in the Safetip® range.
- 1 - Safetip® EasyAccess ST-EA-01 model
The economical single booth allows bags to be placed on a sturdy fixed shelf and has a peripheral rim to channel your powders during the emptying phase. - 2 - Safetip® EasyAccess ST-EA-02 model
Complete hood that can be connected to your central vacuum system or with integrated filtration. This solution is widely used in the food industry where large quantities are introduced. The containment hood is made of 304 or 316L stainless steel. Gas cylinders located between the hood and the frame compensate for the weight of the assembly. - 3 - Safetip® EasyAccess ST-EA-03 model
The EA-03 emptying cabinet provides optimal containment for connection to a dust collector or integration of a built-in filtration system, and a door that ensures non-contamination once the loading phase is complete. The door is hinged on a gas cylinder, as is the entire hood opposite the vibrating base of the emptying station. - 4 - Safetip® EasyAccess ST-EA-03X model
The 03X model offers total containment through the use of gloves on the glass door of the emptying cabin. The operator ensures hygienic loading of ingredients through the gloves, which completely isolate them from the powder. The process feed is particularly secure from any foreign bodies thanks to the combined containment and screening safety features.

Simplified cleaning procedure
- Lift the hopper using the jacks.
- Remove the seal by hand (O-ring type connection).
- Remove the upper vibrating base using the fixing clamps.
- Replace/clean the grid and screen.
- Refit the cover without tools.
- Refit the seal without tools.
- Lower the hopper.

Technical specification
- Food safety: Integrated 600 mm diameter sieve to ensure the loading throughput of a production operator. The sieve meshes are interchangeable and easy to clean thanks to easy access. All impurities, foreign bodies or torn bags are stopped by the vibrating sieve cloth. Safetip® is your first line of defence against impurities.
- Flexible adjustment: Amplitude and intensity of the vibrating screen can be adjusted according to the flowability of the product and the size of the integrated mesh. Adjustment is carried out by adjusting the unbalanced weights.
- Optimal hygiene: Several finishes are available: mirror polish, rounded corners, water-compatible cleaning. Design with no compromise on retention areas.
- Easy handling: Sieve and grid removable without tools, hopper on gas-assisted pivot to reduce effort, ensuring speed and ergonomics for production operators.
- Simplified cleaning: Easy removal of the screen and grid without tools, greatly facilitating access for cleaning. Tulip seal connecting the hood and vibrating base can be removed without tools thanks to O-ring technology.
