The industrial lump breaker breaks up bulk materials, particularly after prolonged storage, and is suitable for compacted or moisture exposed materials.
The industrial powder granulator (also known as a Kibbler) is responsible for coarse grinding and de-agglomeration of bulk materials. Granulation is achieved via the calibration trough/coarse screen classifier.
The industrial mill (also called pin mills, turbo mills, fine grinding mills) is designed for powder micronization and size reduction.

Palamatic Process' pin mills are developed to meet the needs of various industries with particle size powder reduction requirements. We can offer custom solutions and designs for your industrial mill involving food, pharmaceutical, chemical applications and more. Ideally used for powder micronization solutions, the pin mill is also available in hazardous area classification designs for more volatile powders. In addition, Palamatic Process offers a range of 3 standard industrial lump breakers, as well as customized lump breaker designs according to your process specifications. The Palamatic Process lump breaker is ideal for crushing raw materials with a tendency to form agglomerates (e.g. raw sugar exposed to humidity). The main medium works via rotating knives inside the industrial lump breaker, where hard lumps are pulverized to increase flow characteristics and equipment efficiencies downstream (finer milling, screening, etc.).
Palamatic Process bulk material and powder granulators are used to reduce blocks of material to a granular form and effectively deagglomerate powder. This improves the processing and handling of powders for equipment downstream, for example, obtaining a more uniform product mix (ribbon blenders, vertical mixers, etc.).
