The choice of conveying equipment is made according to the characteristics of your powders and bulk materials, the conveying distance and the required flow rate.
For fragile bulk materials with a high throughput and a long conveying distance, the belt conveyor is the best choice. On the other hand, with the same type of bulk materials but for a low flow rate and a short distance, the vibrating conveyor will be in adequacy with the process. However, the vibrating conveyor will not be suitable for the handling of adhesive substances.
Other characteristics to be taken into account include product retention, ease of implantation and required containment.
To achieve high containment, it is recommended to choose an aeromechanical conveyor or a vibrating conveyor.
