Palamatic Process is an expert in designing complete production lines including the necessary equipment for seed processing.
We offer complete installations for seed treatment with chemicals in continuous flow for cereals and grasses. Our systems for continuous seed coating with chemicals (fertilizers, antimicrobials, fungicides or pesticides) are widely used for the treatment of grains (corn, cotton seeds, wheat, rice, beans, vegetable seeds, before planting forage seeds...).
The chemical agent is applied to the grain in a uniform layer in a continuous flow. Several seed treatment agents can be dosed simultaneously.
All metal parts that are in direct contact with the chemical agents are made of stainless steel.
