Thanks to a dust-tight connection between the storage hopper and the container, the conveying of powders and bulk materials is completely safe and avoids free floating particulates in the production environment.
The container filling IbcFill® 01 station is available in manual or automatic versions. The filling head can be lowered manually or automatically, to dock with the container inlet, and the opening by two pneumatic cylinders.
The IbcFill® container filling head provides a dust-free and high level filling in a storage container.
This protects the operator, the environment and the material from external contamination or pollution. The use of protective sleeves ensures a high level of containment, even when changing containers. The IbcFill® head is used in particular for the handling of very dangerous materials and for the most demanding applications in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries (example: to avoid contamination of the product).
