Fast access for improved hygiene
The Easy Clean Design hopper guarantees minimum product retention and quick disassembly for easy cleaning and overall hygiene and asepsis of the production line, mixing tower, etc.
The unique design of the Palamatic Process ECD hopper provides quick disassembly without tools from the bottom of the hopper. The hopper bottom cone is mounted on an articulated hinge that allows it to swing away and provide quick access to the internal section of the equipment. This feature facilitates faster cleaning and/or cleaning control phases.
Dry or wet cleaning procedures can meet the requirements of high hygienic quality. Special FDA grade seals ensure that the subassemblies are tightly connected. Constructed from stainless steel, this equipment meets the strictest hygienic requirements and provides continuous feeding of the line with minimal downtime.
Sanitation of the powder handling equipment is carried out by dismantling the conical portion to provide fast and easy access to the inside of the hopper.
The open profile design and mirror finish of the internal surfaces prevents any retention of powder and gives total access for cleaning.
