Description
Specially designed for long distance conveying of cement and other fine powders, the dense phase conveying system is an easy retrofit to an operation accustom to screw pumps.
Since smaller compressors are required for its operation, energy savings are a result over the more traditional conveying methods.
With its simple design and versatility, cement conveying and other building materials, dense phase conveying systems are typically simple and economical in design and implementation.
Dense phase pneumatic conveying requires smaller compressors, lower air consumption, and smaller exhaust fans. Also the method of moving the material at slower velocities extends the pipe duct life.

Long distance conveying of cement
Specially designed for long distance conveying of cement and certain other fine powders and bulk materials.

Cement plant
Cement conveying equipment does not require large air supply compressors or powerful electric motors when compared to what is required from a screw conveyor.
Pneumatic transfer component
This compact unit integrates a pressure vessel, a suction connection, and digital and analogue pressure gauges, ensuring accurate pressure monitoring during the transfer cycle. With its quick connections and mobile frame on castors, it can be easily adapted to different production or packaging stations.

Pneumatic transfer with hose connector
Flexible rubber and stainless steel pipes for conveying product from a silo to the transfer unit. Metal supports on the floor ensure a robust installation and secure pipe routing, limiting wear and facilitating maintenance. Suitable for food processing environments, this pneumatic connection offers great flexibility for line configuration changes.

Valve assembly for pneumatic transfer
A module that combines several valves mounted on a stainless steel manifold, complete with a transparent tank for visual control of the material flow. The yellow spiral pipes and electric actuators ensure fast and reliable switching between different transfer lines. This modular distribution block allows each pneumatic circuit to be selected and isolated precisely during dosing or cleaning operations.
