Developed specifically for the automatic dosing of micro ingredients, SpoonMatic® allows powders to be dosed in extremely low quantities with sub-gram precision for target doses of 1 -3 grams.

Food or pharmaceutical applications are perfect for this micro-powder dosing solution.

The dosing spoon uses a unique and highly precise load cell (increased measuring scale) which provides control of the upper feed mechanism.

Coupled with a screw feeder, or a vibrating feeder from the Palamatic D11 or DVIB range, the dosing spoon controls the dosing drive. The obtained result is a very precise weight feeder – one of the most efficient in the range.

Due to the batch dosing operation, Palamatic Process has developed a range of dosing spoons with different dosing capacities.

15ml - 25ml - 40ml - 60ml - 80ml - 100ml - 200ml

SpoonMatic® delivers accuracy within 0.1% of target weight. It is the ideal solution for carrying out micro-dosing operations.

Optimized design:

The SpoonMatic® dosing spoon product contact parts are entirely made of mirror-polished stainless steel to ensure optimized precision and hygienic design. After reversing the spoon, a small hammer mechanism ensures total discharge of the dosed powder.

A total casing of the dosing device ensures non-interference of weighing functions, and vibratory isolators guarantee its precision.

The set, consisting of a vibrating feeder and dosing spoon, offers a reliable, compact and extremely precise micro-dosing solution. The dismantling of all the parts allows easy cleaning for regular manufacturing changes.

Designed for micro-dosing applications, the electronic touch screen control system makes it possible to configure the automatic recipes and adjust the functional parameters. Data traceability is also ensured by the PLC.
