Lump breaker range
The lump breaker machine is ideal for improving flow characteristics in processes that handle materials which tend to form lumps. The rapid rotation of the internal blades breaks up and deagglomerates both soft and hard lumps in your process line. A common application for a lump breaker, also known as a powder crusher or powder granulator, is in sugar handling systems where prolonged storage of the raw sugar may have formed compression lumps, or if exposed to humidity and moisture, hard agglomerates.
Our lump breakers act as deagglomerators in your manufacturing line, and are the perfect solution for breaking apart materials that tend to form lumps. The powder crusher can break up hard clumps that form during the production or transportation of materials such as powders, grains, or any type of bulk solid. The fast rotation of specially engineered blades above a fixed coarse mesh provides efficient lump breaking action. Designed with two rotors, our lump breaker machines can achieve high throughputs with a minimal footprint.

Operating sequence
The range of EC Palamatic Process lump breakers is made up of 3 standard models: EC35, EC50 and EC70. Each model has two shafts equipped with knives and a calibration comb.
A tailor-made version is also available.
