Workshop for the preparation of powder mixtures

Processed bulk materials: veterinary supplements

Loading of veterinary powders

Workshop for the preparation and mixing of bulk materials for a company specialized in animal nutrition and health.

Raw ingredients, stored in bags are unpacked on a manual bag dump station. Raw ingredients are then conveyed through a lump breaker and sieved through a vibrating screen to be then packed in storage IBC containers. The bulk materials contained in this IBC container are then mixed using a container tumbler blender. Once the mixing is complete, the industrial container is sent to a conditioning room to be packed in buckets.

All equipment that makes up the line is designed to be easily dismantled and sent to the washing room. Mobile frames are provided for this purpose. This allows the various machines to be moved separately to the washing area.
