    Plow and blade mixer Continuous - Perfect homogenization and high mixing accuracy

    These industrial continuous plow and blade mixers MRSC (also known as plow blenders) are based on the principle of mechanical fluidization of powdery and bulk solids materials. The particular shape, the position and the rotational speed of the mixing tools generate a three-dimensional movement of the different particles present in the tank. The mixing media favor the dispersion and mixing of the different materials.
    This provides a complete homogenization and high mixing accuracy, even when the particle size and the specific weight of the components are different.
    These industrial mixers are supplied with a discharge door that tightly fits the curvature of the tank (no dead zone).

    The rate and duration of the material in the tank are determined by two methods:
    1. The diaphragm valve, a controlled and sealed valve for powders, bulk or granulated material. It consists of a diaphragm which is held by rings at each end. The upper ring is fixed, while the lower ring rotates to gradually reduce the passage opening. In a 180° rotation position, the passage is completely closed. This version is better for singular product processes in which resetting operations rarely occur.
    2. The slide gate valve, which cuts the passage of the material via the central blade, providing a dust tight seal. Height adjustment from the outside allows simple and easy setting of batch changes.
