Barite is a white mineral that is widely used in the oil industry.

The FlowMatic® 03 big bag filling station guarantees dust-tight filling of bulk bags of barite with automatic weighing at a rate of 6 t/hr. The system can fill super sacks at a rate of 10 big bags per hour with an accuracy of +/- 2 kg per big bag.

The FlowMatic®03 FIBC filler includes all the necessary options for efficient packing: inflatable containment seal, adjustable bulk bag hanging forks via pneumatic cylinder, bulk bag shaping fan, bulk bag weighing system (metering), vibratory densification table, etc. The entire adjustable structure can be used to pack bulk bags of varying sizes. The double jacketed filling head ensures that the air to material volumes are balanced and no dust is released into the working environment. The tension cylinder and fan allow the big bag to be optimally shaped allowing the safe handling of the packed big bag, with no risk of tipping over.
