Palamatic Process offered this client a mobile big bag filling system FlowMatic® 07 that can be connected to a truck loading spout in place of a tanker truck. The station is mounted on wheels which allows it to be moved on rails under the entire length of the silo set. 
The height adjustment, according to the different containers, is performed by simply lowering the single pneumatic cylinder to the lower position, and locking the hanging forks to the correct height by means of two ergonomic indexing pins.

The operator, after having positioned his pallet on the receiving tray, slips the handles of the bulk bag onto the tubular forks provided for this purpose. With a push of a button he activates the expansion of an inflatable seal for a dust tight connection, and an inflation fan for pre-forming and shaping of the jumbo bag to allow optimal filling.

This filling station is also fitted with a big bag tensioning system to optimize stability on its pallet. A vibrating table allows the product to be packed into the bulk bag and optimizes the FIBC filling.
