Silo - To store your powders and granules in bulk material handling applications
Industrial storage silos permit a confined storage of powders and bulk products of high density.
Palamatic Process, specialist in turn-key systems and powder handling, offers the possibility of installing storage silos, of any size, to meet your storage and feeding requirements.
The cylindrical construction of the silos ensures a high degree of internal cleanliness. These silo batteries are usually equipped with ladders and walkways for the management of the silo valves.
We also offer metal silos with conical bottoms. It is ideal for storing fragile materials. Specially designed to store materials with demanding storage constraints such as cereals, seeds and other pellets.
When storing dusty products, we recommend installing a pneumatic transfer line. Otherwise, a sorting valve can be installed above each silo to fill them successively.
The silos can be installed in a battery in order to quickly fill your trucks with your bulk products. The truck can be placed under the silo. The operator then opens the valve to start filling the truck.
We adapt our silos to your location constraints and to your stored products. The silos can be equipped with level sensors, air vents, vent panels, thermometers, inspection hatches...

Rigid silo
