HIGH-SPEED BULK BAG UNLOADING STATION - AUTOMATIC DECONDITIONING WITHOUT OPERATOR INTERVENTION

With a throughput of 20 to 40 bulk bags per hour, this fully automated material unloading station carries out the cutting, handling and evacuation phases of bulk bags independently.

The PALAMATIC PROCESS high-speed bulk bag unloading station allows the automatic deconditioning of bulk bags without operator intervention. The cutting, handling and evacuation phases of the bulk bags are autonomous. The handling and evacuation is carried out by the attachment of the bulk bag on the handling cross.

Operating sequence:
1. Placement and attachment of the bulk bag (operator action)
2. Transfer of the bulk bag inside the station (automatic hoist control)
3. Cutting and emptying the bulk bag (automated)
4. Massaging of the bulk bag ( according to option) and crumbling of the product
5. Automatic bulk bag release
6. Empty bulk bag feeds to FIBC waste compactor
7. Automatic management of bulk bags to be unloaded and pallet stacker

    Dust collection ring

    It helps to minimize dust emissions. The dedusting ring is mounted on the tray. It consists of a split tubing and two connection connections for dust removal. A manually operated damper adjusts or closes the suction flow.

    Glove box

    Handling of toxic products and contaminants.

    The gloves are installed on the door of the stripping box, mounted on PVC glove rings. Clamps provide containment and closure. A neon implanted outside through a plexiglass facilitates the opening operations of the big bag.

    The glove stripping box allows the user to handle the big bag without coming into contact with various potentially toxic bulk materials. In fact, the glove box will allow the user to undo the bun of the big bag to allow it to be discharged. A sieve is added in the stripping box to secure the process.

    Big bags compactor

    It helps reduce the volume of waste and keep a healthy and dust free atmosphere.

    The big bag compactors collect and compress all types of big bags, while eliminating most of the dust by installing a connection to the sewerage system.

    U-shaped spike

    This spike allows the opening of the big bag without direct action of the operator. It is particularly used when using big bags with a cuff (U-shaped tip).

    Once the big bag is placed on the emptying station, the operator lowers the big bag using a hoist to let it rest on the spike located on the dispensing tray. The force exerted by the 'material' weight on the knives will allow instant cutting of the bottom of the big bag.

    For big bags with blood-bottom, the V-shaped diamond spike allows the bottom of the big bag to be cut open.

    Handling cross

    In order to get the big bag to be emptied optimally, an autonomous sidewall tensioning system is available as an option. This system avoids retention pockets and guarantees optimal emptying without product loss and without operator intervention.

    Big bag massage system

    Massage flow aid system: the cylinders break the vaults and break the mass accumulation.

    Heavily dimensioned pneumatic cylinders installed in the lower part of the big bag break the vaults and break the mass accumulation (2, 4 or 6 cylinders depending on the type of product).

    Possible alternative: vibrating tray: removal tray implanted on silentblocs with vibrating motor to optimize the emptying of certain products. The massage solution can be offered as an independent equipment to prepare big bags mass before emptying.

    Weighing of the big bags station to inform the process about the amount of powder introduced. The complete big bag emptying system is installed on 4 load cells. In order to avoid any risk of the structure tipping over, the wheelbase is increased.

    Telescopic airtight connection tube

    It allows a waterproof connection of the big-bag and ensures tension on the big-bag cuff.

    The double casing telescopic tube is tied to a flat ring via clamps. The pneumatic cylinder allows the operator to adjust the connection height to suit different types of big bags. The airtight connection is ensured by an inflatable seal and a refocusing ring produced to avoid retention.

    Control valve

    Stop the material or regulate the flow.

    The Palamatic Process control valve is used to stop the flow of fusible materials or simply to regulate the flow rate.

    This valve is actuated by three cylinders and allows the operator to interrupt or regulate the descent of powders at any time.
