This bulk bag unloading standard model has been designed to ergonomically discharge the bulk bags and facilitate their handling. The structure is adjustable to easily adapt to different sizes of bulk bags.
The EF0 bulk bag unloading station is a standard model that has been designed to ergonomically empty bulk bags and facilitate their safe handling. The structure is adjustable to easily adapt to different bulk bag sizes and loading methods.
The EF0 super sack emptying equipment offers 3 types of loading models: hoist, forklift, and low structure.
Palamatic Process has developed bulk bag unloading stations to meet the needs of various industries feeding their bulk material into their production process via FIBC packages.
As standard, Palamatic Process offers two sizes to accommodate common width dimensions of bulk bags: 49” and 59”. This station also allows the unloading of bulk bags and the use of an electric hoist, forklift or low structure design for spaces with restrictive clearances.
A bulk bag handling cross is provided by Palamatic Process to allow for the safe handling and loading of the bulk bags.

BULK BAG UNLOADING SYSTEM
The bulk bag unloading station is used to empty super sacks using an electric hoist installed at the top of the structure. The hoist has a lifting capacity of 2 tons.
Bulk bag discharging - Untying box
The standard bulk bag discharger is fitted with a dust containment enclosure. This dust containment enclosure consists of a sealed door.
BULK BAG EMPTYING LINE
An anti-overflow tube is an integrated feature on this bulk bag unloading station. This provides containment, around the bulk bag cuff, of the bulk material flow during the emptying cycle. This feature provides ergonomics and safety for the operator.
SUPER SACK UNLOADING
The super sack emptying station is fitted with a bulk bag hanger. This station is height adjustable in order to adapt to super sacks of different dimensions.
FIBC discharging Palamatic Process
The dust containment enclosure with sealed door provides safe and ergonomic access to the bulk bag spout.

BULK BAG UNLOADING
The bulk bags are emptied to feed the storage tanks downstream by a pneumatic conveying system. The material feed is controlled by loss in weight load cells positioned under the bulk bag discharge station.

BULK BAG DISCHARGE STATION WITH IRIS DIAPHRAGM VALVE
This bulk material flow control valve helps regulate and stop the flow of powders and granules stored in a bulk bag. This powder valve is one of two options for manual or automated control of the bulk bag flow. Our second option is actuated via pneumatic cylinders.

Bulk bag emptying system
A 5-point bulk bag hanger is fixed to the handles of the bulk bag. A central hook can be installed on the hanger to handle bulk bags with one loop.

Integrated equipment on standard versions (excluding options):
- Self-supporting structure with hoist iron and tracking rail: allows the safe installation of bulk bags via the electric hoist by all operators (For loading by hoist and trolley)
- 5-point handling cross: allows to fix the inner bag of bulk bags. A central hook can be implanted to handle the bulk bags with one handle (For all 3 types of loads)
- Electric hoist: 2 ton lifting capacity - chain, cable or strap design (for hoist loads) (For hoist loadings)
- Deposit tray: ensures the bulk bag is held during emptying and secures handling operations (For all 3 types of loads)
- Vibrating motor: ensures the vibration of the removal tray to favor the extraction of the powder (For the loadings by low structure)
- Sealing skirt: optimizes the containment by styling the bottom of the bulk bag (For loading by hoist and low structure)
- Untying box with waterproof door: offers secure and ergonomic access to the bulk bag drain (For all 3 types of load)
- Suction connection: allows the station to be connected to the dust collection network (For hoist loading)
- Handling sleeves allowing the pickup by the forklift truck (For loading by hoist and low structure)

The stations can be built in painted steel, hot-dip galvanized steel, 304L stainless steel or 316L stainless steel. The parts in contact with the bulk material and the structure can be made of different materials.
