Weight-based or volumetric dosing system – High precision
Screw feeders ensure a uniform, gradual and controlled flow of your powders from a hopper. The addition of load cells enables more precise powder dosing and better control of the processing operation. The dosing screw ensures volumetric dosing or gravimetric dosing depending on your requirements.
4 standard models: D10, D11, D12 and D13, with a flow rate of 24 to 6,458 litres/h.

Microdoseurs MD
Palamatic Process also offers a range of MD micro-dosers for high-precision dosing.
The micro-dosers are primarily designed for the continuous dosing of powders and granules that are not very free-flowing and tend to agglomerate.

MD micro-dosers are used in all weight-based dosing or volumetric dosing systems. The body is made of polymer and/or food-grade polymer.
The other components are made of 304 stainless steel, including fasteners.
Palamatic Process screw feeders can be configured on the manual dosing unit for pre-weighed micro-ingredients.

Screw feeder for tank feeding
Dosing/sprinkling of ethylcellulose into a stirred reactor located beneath the bag emptying station. Sprinkling of ethylcellulose. The loading time is approximately 30 minutes, giving a dosing rate of: 31.1 kg/hour.

The industrial dosing machine is mounted on a stable platform and features a highly accurate weighing system. The system operates on the principle of weight gain or loss and achieves an accuracy of 1%.

Pneumatic transfer and dosing
Complete packaging system (dosing unit, weighing and filling station) mounted on a mobile frame, making it easier to clean the entire unit.
The mobile chassis is positioned at the outlet of the magnetic separator. Connection is made manually using a BFM® sleeve.
Dosing of powder from a bag-emptying machine
The process involves emptying bags of ethylcellulose into a bag-emptying station and dosing the ethylcellulose powder from this bag-emptying station into a dissolution reactor (agitated tank) fed by gravity.
Screw feeder
Weighing of the assembly to provide the process with information on the quantity of dosed powder. The dosing unit is mounted on three load cells. To prevent any weighing interference, the dosing unit is connected via a flexible sleeve.

Microdosers are primarily designed for the continuous dosing of powders and granules that are not very free-flowing and tend to clump together.
