The ERGOTIP® semi-automatic sack tip tray systems has a cutting device to provide a higher rate of opening for bags of varying sizes.
The ERGOTIP bag dump station with integrated bag opener is designed to unpack bulk materials with semi-automatic controls. The Ergotip® is suitable for all industries handling powders and dry bulk solids.
The articulated blade cutting system provides a clean opening of all types of bags (paper, poly-woven, lined, etc).
The two-handed control system ensures safe and efficient operation for this bag opening industrial equipment. Other features include an integrated bag compactor for waste disposal and built-in dust collection unit.
Operating principle:
1. The operator places the bag in the machine and closes the door
2. The blade makes a slit on the bottom of the bag
3. Product flows into the hopper
4. Operator shakes the bag effortlessly and without heavy bag handling.
Operating mode - cutting:
The cutting system from the bottom of the bag prevents the operator from turning the bags over. Therefore a fast and safe bag opening operations is achieved.
